Terms of Service

This is a template that RunIQ provides as a starting point. Please have it reviewed by your own legal adviser before relying on it.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using RunIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using RunIQ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
RunIQ provides AI-generated email follow-up sequences and lead management tooling for UK service businesses. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@runiq.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use RunIQ to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or contact people without a lawful basis.
- Upload leads you obtained illegally, by scraping, or without appropriate consent.
- Ignore recipient unsubscribes or opt-out requests.
- Violate UK GDPR, PECR, the CAN-SPAM Act, or any equivalent applicable law.
- Send content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the leads and content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the service to you — for example, to send follow-up emails, generate sequence drafts and display data in your dashboard.
6. Trials and billing
RunIQ offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe in GBP, with VAT added where applicable.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown at runiq.co.uk/pricing; we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months except where required by law.
8. Third-party services
RunIQ integrates with Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Supabase and Cloudflare. Your use of features that rely on those providers is subject to their own terms.
9. Availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Trial plans do not carry any uptime commitment.
10. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunIQ is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will meet every requirement or produce any specific business outcome (for example, a particular booking rate).
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify RunIQ against claims arising from your misuse of the service, from content you upload, or from lead data you process in breach of applicable law.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by cancelling the subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy before deletion.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
