Cookie Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This is a template that RunIQ provides as a starting point. Please have it reviewed by your own legal adviser before relying on it.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let sites remember your preferences, keep you signed in and understand how the service is used. This policy also covers similar technologies such as localStorage.

2. Cookies we use

The table below lists the cookies and local storage keys RunIQ sets:

NamePurposeDurationType
sb-*-auth-tokenKeeps you signed in.SessionStrictly necessary
runiq_cookie_consentRemembers your cookie consent choice.12 monthsStrictly necessary

3. Third-party cookies

When you use billing features, Stripe may set cookies on their hosted checkout and billing portal domains for fraud prevention and session handling. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. Supabase authentication may also set short-lived cookies as part of the sign-in flow.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of RunIQ from working, including staying signed in.

You can also reopen the RunIQ cookie preferences banner at any time:

5. Changes

We will update this policy if we start using new cookies or change how existing ones are used.
